Established in 1988, the practice is run by well known and highly respected architect John Woodward. John trained in Architecture at Cambridge University and the Architectural Association School of Architecture. He has worked for 25 years in private and public sector offices, most recently as Director heading the Lincolnshire County Council Architects and Quantity Surveyors Department.

In 1988 he set up in practice on his own, in response to the need in Lincolnshire for residential development which respected the traditional values and strengths of the county’s urban, rural and village environments and the opportunities these offered for individuals and communities to obtain positive and lasting benefits for themselves.

John Woodward is also a member of the Lincoln Cathedral Preservation Council and of the Lincolnshire Society of Architects.
